What every plan includes
- Every feature. Nothing is reserved for larger plans.
- All updates released while your licence is in force.
- On paid plans: help by email and WhatsApp. We aim to reply within 48 business hours.
- A proper invoice, with your GSTIN on it if you give us one.
What happens when
The 30-day trial ends
Up to 3 PCs carry on backing up for free, for as long as you like. PCs beyond that stop taking new backups until you install a licence. Everything already backed up stays where it is and can be restored.
My licence expires
It keeps working for a further 14 days, and the console tells you well before then. After that the server goes back to the free plan: the first 3 PCs carry on, the rest pause. Restoring files is never affected, and nothing is deleted.
I add more PCs
Write to us and pay the difference for the rest of your year. Your new licence replaces the old one; nothing is reinstalled.
I replace a PC
Retire the old one in the console and its place is free for the new one straight away. The old PC's backups stay on the server and can still be recovered.
I replace the server
A licence is issued for one server. If you move to new hardware, write to us and we reissue it at no charge.
I change my mind
Ask within 14 days of your first purchase and we refund it in full. See the refund policy.
How a licence works
Your server shows a Server ID under Settings. Send it to us with your order and we send back a licence: a short block of text you paste into the same page. That is all. The server checks it by itself, so it works on a network with no internet connection, and it never contacts us.
The full terms are in the licence agreement and the terms of sale.
