To buy a licence

Send us:

How many PCs you want to back up.
Your Server ID. It is in the server's console under Settings → Licence and machines.
The name and address for the invoice, and your GSTIN if you want it shown.

We reply with a payment request, and send your licence once it is paid.

Tell us what you were doing and what happened, and attach a diagnostics file:

On a PC: open BackupMate and choose Export diagnostics at the bottom of the page.
On the server: open the console, go to Settings → Support, and choose Download diagnostics.

The file holds the version, the log, the settings and the names of backed-up folders. It does not hold passwords, keys or the contents of any file.
